We share a fully equipped kitchen, a big garden and a cosy living room. The house has got 2 bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. The room available is a clean and freshly painted double room that is furnished with a huge mirror, a wardrobe, shelves, double bed (including sheets and pillows), heater and a beautiful window beside the bed. The room is available IMMEDIATELY. We prefer long-term stay however short- term is possible. - Stockwell underground station 7 minutes by walk - Lidl, Sainsbury's 7 mins by walk. - Tesco express 3 mins by walk - Pure gym around the corner 3 mins by walk - THE RENT is £575 per month - DEPOSIT is £862 + one month rent in advance ADDITIONAL BILLS: - Electricity £30 pm - Internet £4.6 pm - Water £10 pm - Gas £15 pm - Council tax £35 pm --------------------------------- CCA £94.60 pm These are numbers for winter time as we use heaters and gas more often.
